Do you hold my money? +
Never. Clients pay into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. The cash goes straight to you, and we cannot touch it. That is the whole point.
What if I do not want it to send automatically? +
Switch any invoice to approve-first mode. We write the reminder and hold it for you to glance over and send with one tap.
Does my client need an account? +
No. They open a clean hosted invoice link and pay with a card. Nothing to sign up for.
Can I use my own branding? +
Yes. Add your logo, colour, and business details. On Pro the PaidNudge name disappears entirely.
Can reminders come from my own email address? +
Yes, and it is optional. By default we send everything for you for free. If you prefer, connect your own inbox in Settings (Gmail, Zoho, Outlook, anything) and every invoice and reminder will go out from your address, so clients instantly recognise you.
